Nature-based therapy
I offer nature-based person-centred therapy to both individual clients and groups. This therapy happens outside in nature, either walking, or seated on a bench, or a combination of the two. I currently offer this at a Glasgow park. The style of the therapy itself is still person-centred, and sessions are still 50 minutes long, we are just outdoors. This therapy can happen one on one, or I can also facilitate nature-based counselling groups.
